•At least 10 years experience in the BPO industry

•Last company should be a BPO company

•Part of the management for at least five years with the last 2 years as a BDL for a Financial Account

•Have worked with large size/multi-million projects

•Detail oriented and can act proactively toward any training, operations, and technology related issues

•College graduate (preferably Management related courses)

•Willing to work in Makati or Cebu

Role Responsibilities:
• Account/Client Management
• Deliver the stringent targets for KPI parameters
• Lead the transition of new work queues and growth of the business
• Responsible for Production/ Management, Crisis Management
• Ensure delivery of the process, as per the agreed client SLAs
• Direct managers, team leaders, and their teams on process skills and other competencies
• Lead process innovation and high retention rates of employees
• Handle client visits to the site and act as the direct communication between the client and the company
• Ensure timely response and action on customer inquiries and lead relationship calls
• Responsible for leading MBR’s / QBR’s with the client Process Efficiency Cost Efficiency Projects and Cross Functional / Cross Curricular Activities Compliance to COPC & security standards
